Guest/Participant: You (the individual making the booking)

Price Per Person: £1,645 (based on two people sharing an overnight room)

1. Event Overview

The Ultimate Tudor Royalty Experience is a curated historical event including for adults over the age of 18 years. Overview of what’s included in the event are as follows:

• Full Tudor attire and jewellery for the day
• Lady-in-waiting service
• Falconry experience
• Guided castle tour
• Lunch in Astor Wing Dining Room
• Formal evening dinner in the Castle’s Great Hall
• Overnight accommodation and breakfast at Hever Castles B&B Astor Wing
• Professional Photographs 
• Full day access to the Castle & Gardens on 22nd September 2026

2. Booking and Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of £600 is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• This deposit is only refundable if the event is cancelled by Tudor Royalty Experience.
• Places are limited to twelve persons, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Payment and Settlement

• The full price of the event is £1,645 per person and is based on two people sharing a room overnight.
• The full balance of £1,645 per person (inclusive of the £600 deposit) is due no later than 21st June 2026.
• Failure to make full payment by this date may result in cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Cancellations by You:
  
  Cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable).
  • The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance unless the event is cancelled by us.
  • If you cancel after full payment is made and before 21st July 2026, a 50% refund (excluding the deposit) may be issued at our discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 21st July 2026.
• Cancellations by Us:
   
  • If the event is cancelled by Tudor Royalty Experience for any reason (e.g., force majeure, venue issues), all monies paid including the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by guests (e.g., travel, insurance).

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must inform us in advance of any dietary requirements, allergies, or accessibility needs.
• Tudor attire and jewellery are provided and must be treated with reasonable care. 
• Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Hever Castle

6. Health, Safety & Behaviour

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow participants, staff, and the historic venue.
• We reserve the right to remove any guest from the event without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
• Activities such as falconry are conducted by trained professionals. Guests must follow all safety instructions given.

7. Photography and Media

• The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional use by Tudor Royalty Experience.
• By attending, you consent to your image being used for such purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

8. Liability

• Tudor Royalty Experience accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Participation in any activity is at your own risk.
• We strongly recommend you take out personal travel/event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

9. Changes to the Event

• While we endeavour to deliver the event as described, we reserve the right to make minor changes to the schedule or content if necessary (e.g., due to weather or supplier issues).
• Any major changes will be communicated in advance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
